Saffron Milk is One of the Best Drinks For Our Health
- Liquid milk: 4 cups
- Saffron: a bit
- Ground cardamom: 5 pods
Saffron milk recipe:
Mix milk, saffron, and cardamom well and put it on the stove to boil.
